Merchandiser​/Order Writer

• Represent Mondel  in-store with professionalism, positivity, and commitment to excellence
• Deliver outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers
• Execute daily store visits following Mondel ’ Direct Store Delivery (DSD) Merchandising Excellence
• Capture display photos via digital merchandising initiative (DMI)
• Build and maintain relationships with backroom receivers, store managers, and other store personnel
• Order product via iPad to maintain in-stock conditions for shelf and display using Salesforce
• Implement promotional displays and ensure compliance with RTM-negotiated store plans
• Follow daily schedules and priorities set by the Retail Territory Manager (RTM)
• Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility merchandising events
• Communicate store-level insights, issues, and opportunities to the RTM and management team
• Lift, bend, and move product while following safety and compliance expectations
• Implement planograms, build displays, and maintain shelf standards

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have a valid driver's license issued by the state in which the person resides
• High School Diploma or GED preferred; or can earn your GED while gaining the skills
• 1-3 years of experience in retail or consumer goods preferred
• Positive and professional attitude; self-motivated and able to work independently
• Ability to drive your personal vehicle with valid insurance coverage to a variety of store locations (mileage will be reimbursed)
• Ability to perform hard work in a fast-paced work environment
• Ability to perform repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs.; occasionally pushing and pulling over 50 lbs.
