• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and dealers
• Collaborate with distributor management to create effective sales and marketing initiatives
• Conduct product training and sales meetings for distributor personnel
• Represent the brand at trade shows and other industry-related events

• Minimum educational requirement:
  High School Diploma;
  Bachelor's degree preferred
• 5+ years of professional experience for RSM I; 8+ years for RSM II, with industry experience preferred
• Strong relationship-building skills and mechanical aptitude
• Willingness to travel extensively, including overnight stays and weekends
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and mapping software

• Experience in the lawn and garden equipment industry
• Proven track record in sales and marketing
• Strong negotiation and conflict-resolution skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Familiarity with performance metrics and sales forecasting
