Automotive Sales Customer care Rep

Haddad Subaru is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Automotive Sales Customer Care Representative to join our team in Pittsfield, MA. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, assisting with inquiries, providing exceptional service, and supporting the sales team to ensure a smooth and positive car buying experience.

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person visits
• Provide detailed information about vehicle inventory, pricing, and financing options
• Coordinate test drives and appointments between customers and sales personnel
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in our CRM system
• Assist in resolving customer concerns and escalating issues when necessary
• Support the sales team to achieve monthly sales goals and enhance customer satisfaction
• Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure continued satisfaction and encourage repeat business

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
• Experience in customer service or sales, preferably in the automotive industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient with computers and CRM software
• Positive attitude with a passion for helping customers and working as part of a team

• Competitive pay of $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
