Barrington Stage Company, An award-winning professional theatre company located in the heart of the Berkshires, is seeking an Electrician/Video Technician to join our team in Pittsfield, MA. The Electrician/Video Technician will provide technical support for both lighting and projection systems. This position focuses on the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of video hardware alongside general electrics duties.

• Install and maintain projectors, media servers, video monitors, and cameras across all venues.
• Assist with the hang, focus, and strike of lighting and projection instruments.
• Assist in programming lighting computers, projections, and consoles as needed.
• Perform regular maintenance on conventional and intelligent lighting fixtures and video components.
• Assist in building specialty items, including LED tape projects and custom practicals.
• Help maintain a clean shop and organized inventory for both lighting and video assets.
• Other duties as assigned by Production Management.

• Experience with HD video systems, projectors, and signal routing.
• Working knowledge of theatrical lighting fixtures and DMX control.
• Basic soldering and electrical wiring skills.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work comfortably at heights.
• Comfortable working with students and volunteers.
