Mativ is seeking a Maintenance Technician - Mechanical in Pittsfield, MA to install, maintain, and repair process equipment across paper making and converting lines. You will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot failures, and support project work as needed.
Ideal candidates will have 1–2 years in an industrial setting, strong mechanical skills, and the ability to read blueprints and use common tools. This role may require overtime and night-call readiness.
