18 Degrees seeks Outreach Case Workers for its Community Connection program in Pittsfield, MA (and North Adams). The role focuses on supporting at-risk youth (ages 10–24) by identifying goals, coordinating services, providing referrals, and advocating for individualized supports within a collaborative team.
Candidates should have a bachelor’s in a human services field or 4 years of relevant experience, strong computer skills, and the ability to work some evenings and weekends. AA/EOE.
