Days/Hrs Vary 40/wk
Responsibilities- Perform direct care and treatment of respite individuals according to Family Support Plans.
- Develop recreational community integration activities in accordance with individual’s performances and desires.
- Provide community recreational experiences with individuals.
- Maintain accurate and complete records, data, and reports as required.
- Undergraduate degree in a human service field preferred or two years’ experience of paid or volunteer experience in direct service to developmentally disabled or other persons.
- Valid driver’s license & personal vehicle use is a requirement of this position
Summary
Up to 80% health care paid.
