This position provides comprehensive speech, language, and communication services to individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder. The SLP works collaboratively with students, families, teachers, behavior analysts, and other members of the educational and clinical team to develop and implement individualized, evidence-based interventions that promote functional communication, social participation, independence, and quality of life.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, communication and related assessments.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment results, student needs and educational/clinical goals.
- Address receptive and expressive language, articulation, pragmatic/social communication, fluency, and functional communication needs.
- Assess and support the use of Augmentative and Alternative Communication, including communication devices, picture-based systems, and other communication supports.
Position Type: Full-time
Salary: $80,000 to $100,000 Per Year
