About the RoleWe're looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our Engineering and Development team. This role goes beyond writing great code—you’ll be maintaining and improving our systems, jumping in to solve challenges, and working directly with clients to ensure they get the most out of our tools.

What You’ll Do- Design, build, and maintain software that powers our inventory platform
- Collaborate with teammates to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
- Work directly with clients to understand their needs and implement solutions
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to a culture of quality and continuous improvement
- Take ownership of projects and run with them independently
- Comfortable communicating with both technical teammates and non-technical clients
- Proven ability to work independently and manage your own workload
- A few years of experience in a full-time technical role on a collaborative team
- A mindset focused on problem-solving and client satisfaction
- Experience with AWS and its infrastructure
- Any additional scripting, automation, or integration skills
