Ship Monk is seeking a Director of Inventory Quality Control to own network-wide inventory accuracy and shrink. You will set standards, lead multi-site teams, and ensure controls across inbound receiving through reconciliation, partnering with operations, engineering, and product to embed quality in WMS workflows.
You will build dashboards, run root-cause analyses, and drive systemic fixes while traveling to fulfillment centers as needed (25–40%).
