• Ability to traverse up and down inclined surfaces.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• A willingness to occasionally work long hours, atypical hours, or weekends.
• Strong initiative (self‑starter), problem‑solving and communication skills, and attention to detail.

• Follow instructions from site supervision and carry out tasks unsupervised with safety as a priority.
