Shovel, rake, spread and level earth, aggregates and hot asphalt mix to fine grade specifications;
Load, unload, and carry tools, equipment and materials;
Conduct daily safety assignments (area inspections, pre-shifts, JSA's) and communicate with foreman;
Read roadway plans and standard drawings; assist in constructing and assembling concrete forms; placement, finishing and curing of concrete;
Maintain good housekeeping and follow safety regulations
