What Youll Do

+ Assist current customers with account questions, updates, billing, and autopay

+ Build strong customer relationships through friendly, solution-focused service

+ Document each interaction accurately in a Salesforce-based CRM

+ Navigate multiple applications and dual monitors while assisting customers

+ Follow up on requests to ensure customers receive complete and timely support

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Pittston, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
