Were hiring a Call Center Support Specialist to assist small-business customers with account questions, billing, policy updates, autopay, and other service needs.

This is not a sales position. In addition to hourly pay, youll have the opportunity to earn performance-based bonuses by providing accurate, efficient, and professional customer support.

What Youll Do

+ Answer inbound calls from existing customers

+ Resolve account, billing, and policy-related questions

+ Process account updates and autopay requests

+ Navigate dual monitors and multiple computer systems

+ Accurately document customer interactions in a CRM

+ Follow up on open requests and work toward one-call resolution

+ Create a positive experience through patient, solution-focused service

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Pittston, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
