Position:
Dynamic PC Support
This role involves tasks related to repairing a variety of client products, including troubleshooting desktops and laptops, supporting Desk Side applications and infrastructure, and interacting directly with clients to resolve technical issues promptly and accurately.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer support for designated equipment
- Accept and deliver service calls within established service level agreements
- Meet customer satisfaction criteria as per guidelines
- Complete administrative tasks and real-time reporting for each call
- Follow policies and guidelines for service delivery
- Manage assets and inventory efficiently
- Report activities accurately and timely
- Adhere to safety policies and guidelines
- Perform additional duties as needed
Qualifications
Education and Experience:
- Technical school certification or equivalent, with 0-2 years relevant experience
- Customer service experience is a plus
Certifications and Skills:
- Maintain OEM Certifications as directed
- Knowledge of relevant hardware and software
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, registration, and insurance
Skills:
- Technical communication skills
- Ability to drive to client locations and handle long-distance and overnight assignments
- Ability to lift/move equipment up to 50 lbs
- Own a basic repair toolkit
