Benco Dental is searching for an IT and Software Solutions Intern for the Summer 2026 semester.

Do YOU Possess These Skills and Attributes?

• Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues remotely

• Able to collaborate with a team

• Excellent customer service skills

Do These Responsibilities Interest YOU?

• Remotely resolve issues or outages for customers

• Create and revise internal documentation, explaining in detail, troubleshooting or preventative maintenance procedures

• Remotely support the Field Service Team on technology installations by providing world class service to our customers

Do YOU Meet These Requirements?

• Must be currently enrolled at time of internship in an undergraduate or graduate technology program or a similar program

• Ability to work 16 hours per week

• Ability to work onsite as needed in Pittston, PA
