• Responsible for monitoring and ensuring compliance with respect to the J&J termination and IT Safe process, tracking the performance in the Horizon system, generating Quality Metrics reports, and making specific, written recommendations for remediation, when required.
• Monitoring and reporting on all daily termination asset transactions and ensuring the associated Work Instructions are followed by the appropriate technicians.
• Responsibilities include physically signing off on all break/fix hard drives and validating the associated order against the Horizon system prior to releasing them to the break/fix technicians.
• Termination Supervisors will conduct daily inventory of the Termination Room, reporting on and comparing the actual termination hardware with the expected termination hardware and working with the C3i team to ensure any discrepancies are resolved.

• 4+ years of IT asset management experience
• 2+ years of supervisory experience
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong analytical skills
• Strong interpersonal skills in providing performance feedback
• Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
• Understanding of computer components
