Realty Project Coach

• Own delivery and execution of store and club remodels, new stores and clubs, and special projects across the US
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards
• Partner with store team leads to supervise hourly team members
• Handle escalations and collaborate with store leadership
• Motivate teams to meet project timelines and deliverables
• Resolve store leadership, supplier, and associate concerns
• Communicate plans, changes, and obstacles to stakeholders
• Understand project plans and minimize impact on store operations
• Supervise and develop associates through hiring, training, mentoring, assigning duties, recognition, and career-path identification
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, mission, values, ethics, and integrity standards
• Build stakeholder relationships and partnerships
• Identify business needs, implement processes and practices, monitor progress and results, and adapt to changing demands

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field and 1 year of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area OR 3 years of experience in those areas
• Required job trainings and assessments
• Demonstrated knowledge of construction remodels, project management, space management, and/or store design
• Experience leading people, projects, initiatives, or cross-functional teams
• Primarily able to work overnight shifts averaging 10-12 hours
• Frequent travel up to 1000 miles from home; away from home 80% of the time or 17-21 days at a time
• Reliable transportation
• Preferred:
  Master's degree in Business or related field
• Preferred: 1 year's experience leading cross-functional teams

  Project Management Professional Certification

Demonstrates expertise in project management, space management, and store design, with a strong focus on delivering projects on time and within budget. Proven ability to lead teams, develop associates, and build stakeholder relationships while ensuring compliance with company standards.
