$28 - $36 per hour

A well established and growing packaging manufacturer in Pittston, PA is seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Mechanic to support plant operations and ensure equipment reliability in a fast paced production environment. This is a confidential search due to internal planning and continued growth.

The Industrial Maintenance Mechanic will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing production and facility equipment to minimize downtime and support safe, efficient manufacturing operations.

• Perform preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance on industrial manufacturing equipment
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
• Diagnose root causes of equipment failures and implement long term solutions
• Maintain and repair motors, conveyors, pumps, gearboxes, and auxiliary equipment
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical documentation
• Support continuous improvement and reliability initiatives
• Follow all safety procedures and contribute to a strong safety culture
• Document maintenance activities using CMMS or maintenance logs

• 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills with working electrical knowledge
• Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, motors, drives, and conveyors
• Ability to work independently and in a team based environment
• Willingness to work assigned shift and overtime as needed
• Packaging, Plastics, or High Speed Manufacturing Experience Preferred
