Abacus is hiring production associates across multiple shifts in Pittston, PA. Plenty of overtime available. Starting pay at $18/hr rate increases with conversion.

Schedule:

M-F 7:

AM-5:30PM With Mandatory Overtime.

Job Summary

The Manufacturing Warehouse Associate is responsible for supporting warehouse and production operations by receiving, storing, moving, and shipping materials and finished goods. This role ensures accurate inventory control, timely material handling, and a safe, organized work environment within a manufacturing facility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive incoming materials, parts, and supplies.
  • Load and unload trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, or other material handling equipment.
  • Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
  • Move raw materials and finished products throughout the facility.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts.
  • Inspect shipments for damage and verify quantities against documentation.
  • Label, organize, and store inventory in designated warehouse locations.
  • Support production teams by delivering materials to workstations as needed.
  • Operate warehouse equipment safely and follow all OSHA and company safety procedures.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse and storage areas.
  • Complete shipping, receiving, and inventory documentation accurately.
  • Assist with general warehouse and manufacturing duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred.
  • Forklift certification or ability to obtain certification preferred.
  • Basic computer and inventory system knowledge.
  • Ability to read shipping documents and work orders.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
