Primary purpose of the position

The Operational Excellence Specialist is an entry‑level position that serves as both a facilitative leader and a learner, operating under the supervision of the Regional Manager Lean Six Sigma or Regional Operational Excellence Manager. The role requires learning and understanding the can‑making process and engaging in day‑to‑day plant operations. The dual focus is on leading standardization of plant management processes and executing various process improvement projects to enhance bottom‑line productivity, throughput, and quality.
