Production Manager

In this role, you will oversee approximately 175 production employees through seven Supervisors, taking ownership of day-to-day production performance, scheduling, safety, quality, and KPIs. This is a highly visible leadership position, spending approximately 80% of your time on the production floor, directing teams, resolving issues, and driving improvements across the operation.

This role would suit a Production Manager or experienced Production Supervisor from a high-volume manufacturing environment, looking to lead a large production team and progress their career within a global organization.

• Oversee approximately 175 production employees through seven Supervisors
• Take ownership of production performance, scheduling, safety, quality, KPIs, and continuous improvement
• 80% shop floor / 20% office, leading from the front in a high-volume manufacturing environment

• Production Manager, Manufacturing Manager, or experienced Production Supervisor
• Experience leading large production teams within high-volume manufacturing
• Familiarity with large industrial equipment
