The Practice Lifecycle Marketing Specialist helps connect dental professionals with opportunities at pivotal moments in their careers, whether they are looking to buy or sell a practice, find an associate, explore a new opportunity, or plan their next move.

This role works closely with the Practice Lifecycle team to understand current Practice Transitions and Associate Placement opportunities and bring them to marketing in a highly targeted, locally relevant way. The Specialist will identify where opportunities exist, determine the audiences most likely to benefit from them, and activate outreach across the sales organization, industry networks, local markets, and targeted marketing channels.

Success in this role requires someone who is resourceful, highly connected to the market, comfortable conducting research and outreach, and energized by creating connections between people and opportunities.

The Specialist will collaborate with Clarion Solutions and internal shared marketing resources to support digital campaigns, social media, and other marketing initiatives that represent Practice Lifecycle within the broader Clarion Solutions brand and marketing strategy.

• Curiosity about the dental industry and the career/business decisions dental professionals face throughout the lifecycle of a practice

• Develop a deep understanding of active Practice Transitions and Associate Placement opportunities, including geography, target audience, and market dynamics
• Identify the markets, professional communities, and audiences most relevant to individual opportunities
• Research local and regional channels for reaching prospective buyers, sellers, associates, and hiring practices
