Job Summary
Registered Nurse (RN) – Home Health – located in Pittston, Pennsylvania (servicing Avoca, PA and surrounding areas).
This full‑time staff position supports patients over a 40‑hour work week, with 8‑hour shifts. The role includes patient care planning, case management, charting, and the use of tablets and EMR software.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead and collaborate on patient care plans as a case manager for home health patients, ensuring timely charting and high‑quality patient care.
Qualifications- Registered RN license in the state of employment.
- Graduate from an approved school of practical nursing.
- At least one year of RN experience with clinical competence.
- Current driver’s license and ability to drive approximately 20% of the day to patient locations.
- Commitment to meet critical charting deadlines.
- Ability to self‑manage time and schedule.
- Experience with tablets, mobile phones, and EMR software.

Compensation includes patient care visits, non‑visit activities, paid days off, shift premium pay, and first‑year success bonus. The low end of the range reflects the average annual compensation earned based on a fully productive caseload; the high end reflects those who exceed productivity.
