Pay: $26.50-$36/hour based on experience & shift differentials

• Current and active Pennsylvania LPN license

As an LPN, you’ll play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our residents by delivering hands‑on, compassionate care:

• Deliver high‑quality, resident‑centered nursing care in accordance with individualized care plans
• Supervise and support CNA and non‑licensed staff to ensure safe, effective daily care delivery
• Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and ongoing evaluations of resident health status
• Develop, implement, and update individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
• Observe, identify, and accurately document changes in resident condition, behaviors, and clinical status
• Ensure full compliance with all organizational policies, procedures, and regulatory standards
