Pay: $36-$48/hour based on experience & shift differentials

Join our skilled nursing team at United Methodist Homes at Wesley Village, located in Pittston, PA. Our nurses do more than provide care - they build meaningful relationships and help residents live with dignity, comfort, and peace of mind.

• Perform resident assessments and monitor changes in condition
• Develop, implement, and update individualized care plans
• Administer medications and treatments
• Collaborate with residents, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams
• Educate residents and families on care plans and health management
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, policies, and resident rights
• Accurately document care, incidents, and changes in condition

• Current and active Pennsylvania RN license
