The Senior Manager of Inventory Control & Quality Assurance will lead the strategy, governance, and execution of inventory accuracy, quality performance, and operational compliance across DSV's North American Contract Logistics, High Tech II vertical. This role is responsible for driving inventory integrity, storage health, and quality excellence across a multi-site 3PL footprint. The leader will oversee regionally dispersed ICQA resources and influence site operations teams to deliver measurable improvements in accuracy, shrink reduction, and process adherence.

Success in this role requires the ability to drive results through both direct and indirect leadership and influence, embedding standards and accountability across a highly matrixed operations organization.
