Lift, Inc. is hiring a Business Development & Outside Sales Rep to join our Pittston, PA team. This full‑time, entry‑level position is designed for someone hungry to learn, driven to forge new relationships, and motivated to smash goals and targets.

Schedule

8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. Travel as needed throughout your territory.

Responsibilities

As an entry‑level Business Development & Outside Sales Rep, you will identify prospective customers, initiate sales conversations, and educate them on our products and services. You will focus on customer satisfaction, revenue growth, and clientele expansion. You will travel door‑to‑door to meet prospects, answer questions, provide pricing quotes, and showcase the benefits of partnering with Lift, Inc.

You will find prospects through business directories, customer referrals, local clubs and organizations, conferences, and trade shows. You will collaborate with internal teams as needed to meet company objectives and ensure current and new customers are fully satisfied.

Qualifications
  • 18+ years old
  • Bachelor's degree in business, communication, or a related field
  • High school degree or GED equivalent
  • Valid driver's license and a good driving record
  • Ability to travel throughout your territory
  • Self‑motivation to build relationships and secure more business
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening test
Additional Information

Related business development experience or proficiency in Salesforce would be beneficial but is not required for this entry‑level role.
