Door‑to‑door residential outside sales

Start with a $39,000 base salary and unlock uncapped commission potential—giving you the opportunity to grow beyond expectations.

• Uncapped commissions — no earning limits
• Opportunity to exceed six figures with strong performance
• Total On‑Target Earnings of $89,000 (includes base salary + commissions)
• $5,000 sign‑on bonus

Base salary in MA: $89,000, includes base salary of $39,900 plus on‑target commission.

Targeted commissions at full attainment: $50,000 annually. Potential for significant upside above targeted earnings.

• Prospect, qualify, and generate sales within an assigned territory
• Identify and sell appropriate products and services to meet the customer’s needs
• Engage in technical discussions through demonstrations and presentations
• Execute the sales strategy to increase sales within respective territories
• Prepare sales information for customers
• Distribute marketing material and participate in special sale events
• Remain knowledgeable and up to date on changes and developments within the product/service line
• Work in a fast‑paced, challenging environment
• Work outdoors; 90% of work is in the field
• Excellent communication, relationship‑building, organizational, presentation and influence skills
• Positive, creative and persuasive personality
• Motivated, self‑starter, comfortable with autonomous work
• Detail‑oriented with highly developed organizational and time‑management skills
• Sales‑quota driven
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; satisfactory driving record per Company Policy.
• Proficient in Microsoft products
• Other duties as assigned

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Sales or marketing background in telecommunications a plus

• Walking and/or traveling to visit properties
• Lifting up to 20 lbs.
• Standing for extended periods
