The Dental Inside Sales Intern will manage a high‑volume lead pipeline from first contact to close. The ideal candidate will own outbound outreach across 400+ active leads, maintain rigorous CRM management, and conduct discovery conversations that surface the highest‑value opportunities for the team. Day‑to‑day responsibilities span lead qualification, solutions education, proposal support, and structured follow‑up at every stage of the pipeline.
Success in this role requires strong communication skills, a disciplined approach to activity tracking, and the ability to keep deals moving with persistence and professionalism. This is a high‑activity, results‑oriented position with direct impact on seasonal revenue performance.
- Conduct high‑volume outbound calls of qualified prospect leads.
- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date CRM records.
- Perform discovery conversations to assess prospects' practice goals, current challenges, team dynamics, and readiness for coaching engagement.
- Qualify leads early in the process to prioritize the highest‑value opportunities and match prospects to the right coaching product (IPC, virtual, startup, or RAC).
- Develop working knowledge of Benco's full coaching and education product line to effectively communicate value, outcomes, and program differences to prospects.
- Assist senior coaches and leadership in preparing customized coaching proposals and program recommendations.
- Execute structured follow‑up sequences at every stage of the pipeline to maintain momentum with prospective coaching clients.
- Handle prospect objections professionally and work to advance stalled or hesitant opportunities toward enrollment.
- Track and report on key performance metrics including outreach activity, discovery calls completed, and coaching contract conversion rates.
- Support the team in meeting coaching revenue targets by staying on pace with activity goals across IPC, virtual, and RAC product lines.
- Comply with all policies and standards to support the efficient operations of the department and company.
- Effectively communicate (read, write, and speak) English.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Must be currently enrolled at the time of internship in an undergraduate or graduate program majoring in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
- Ability to work 15 hours per week.
- Ability to work onsite as needed in Pittston, PA.
