Benco Dental is searching for a Business and Inside Sale Intern for the Spring 2027 semester.

The Business and Inside Sales Intern will support the Software & IT team across sales, marketing, project management, and day-to-day business operations. This role provides hands-on experience managing lead activity, coordinating projects, supporting marketing initiatives, tracking performance, and helping connect dental practices with technology solutions that meet their needs.

The ideal candidate is organized, curious, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This is a hands-on role with opportunities to work alongside the Product Manager, Coordinator, Software Sales Consultants and other team members while gaining exposure to the full lifecycle of software and IT initiatives, from lead generation and customer outreach to project coordination, marketing, reporting, and follow-up.

• Support sales pipeline management through CRM and the Software inbox, ensuring inquiries are accurately documented and routed to the appropriate team members.
• Research software and IT products, industry trends, competitors, and customer needs to support sales, marketing, and project initiatives.
• Assist with sales and marketing initiatives, including customer communications, presentations, proposals, promotional materials, email campaigns, and product resources.
• Track and report key sales and activity metrics to help identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities to improve team workflows.
• Provide general administrative and operational support to the Software & IT team and assist with special projects as assigned.
• Performs other duties as assigned
• Complies with all policies and standards to support the efficient operations of the department and company
• Effectively communicates (reads, writes, and speaks) English

• Must be currently enrolled at time of internship in a Business or Marketing undergraduate or graduate program
• Ability to work 15 hours per week
• Must be local to the Pittston, PA area to work onsite
