Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting actions taken per site requirements;
Conduct regular and random foot patrols throughout the location, including interior areas, exterior grounds, and perimeter routes, as assigned;
Monitor access points, observe for unusual activity or policy violations, and report concerns to site leadership and/or emergency services as needed;
Complete required shift reports, activity logs, and incident reports to support accurate communication between shifts and Allied Universal management
