Provide customer service to clients, visitors, delivery drivers, and associates by carrying out site-specific access-control procedures, policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.;
Monitor entry and exit points at a retail distribution location, verify credentials and shipping-related documentation, and maintain accurate visitor, contractor, and vehicle access records.;
Control access to restricted areas, communicate access requirements professionally, and report unauthorized entry attempts or unusual activity to site leadership and/or Allied Universal supervision.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established reporting and escalation procedures.;
Conduct regular and random patrols of access points, receiving areas, parking areas, and the business perimeter; working environments and conditions may vary by location.
