Provide customer service to clients at a logistics and distribution location by carrying out security-related procedures;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of loading areas, trailer yards, parking areas, entry points, and the business perimeter;
Monitor access to the location by observing individuals, vehicles, and delivery activity, and report unusual or unauthorized activity to site leadership and/or appropriate personnel;
Respond to incidents, access-related concerns, and critical situations calmly following site procedures;
Complete required activity reports, incident documentation, and shift communications in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific procedures
