** Candidates must provide proof of a valid  driver's license, adhering to all relevant regulations and standards.

** Candidates must also hold a valid driver's license specific to the state in which they will be employed.

** Access Control/Badge Experience (B201):*
* 6. Candidates should have prior experience with access control systems and badge management. This includes familiarity with security protocols and procedures related to employee access.

** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and delivery personnel by carrying out site-specific access control procedures, policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.

+ Monitor and control access at entry points for a retail distribution location, verifying credentials, logging visitor and vendor arrivals, and directing authorized personnel appropriately.

+ Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating security-related matters according to site procedures.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols of access points, loading areas, parking areas, and the perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.

+ Maintain accurate access control logs, incident reports, and shift documentation in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific requirements.

+ Customer service experience is preferred.

+ Access control and badge experience is preferred.

+ Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
