Our client is a rapidly expanding company providing professional installation services for residential and commercial clients. They are seeking a HVAC Install Technician to join their team.

Your day-to-day as a HVAC Install Technician:

• Lead and coordinate HVAC installation crews on job sites
• Install ductless mini-split and air-source heat pump systems to company and manufacturer standards
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during installation to ensure optimal system performance
• Maintain accurate project documentation and ensure compliance with safety and building codes

Your skills and experience:

• Minimum 5 years of HVAC installation experience, including ductless systems
• Strong leadership and team supervision abilities
• Proficiency with HVAC mechanical, refrigerant, and electrical systems
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
