We are looking for a Fleet Maintenance Coordinator to assist the Fleet Manager with the day-to-day operations of the Fleet Maintenance Shop.

- Assist the Fleet Manager with daily Fleet Maintenance operations.
- Maintain truck and trailer parts inventory and investigate inventory discrepancies.
- Order, receive, and track parts inventory.
- Coordinate parts deliveries and vendor communications.
- Answer incoming phone calls and assist internal and external customers.
- Maintain fleet maintenance records, filing systems, and related documentation.
- Support fleet maintenance reporting and administrative functions.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Knowledge of Class 8 tractor/trailer repair preferred.
- Fleet maintenance experience preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Self-starter with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
- Hands-on approach to problem solving.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel preferred.
- Compensation depends on relevant experience and/or education, specific skills, function, geographic location, and other factors as applicable by law.
- The expected base rate for this role is between $18.00 and $21.00 per hour.
- This role may also receive:
Overtime compensation, as applicable. - The expected base rate for this role is between $15 - $24.
