2nd Shift Coordinator

Job Description

Position:
Coordinator in Distribution Center. Responsible for ensuring merchandise reaches the designated end‑destination in a timely fashion. You will manage processing, material handling, and resolve problems while working closely with leadership to maintain inventory accuracy. This role does not have direct reports.

Work Schedule – 2nd Shift Inbound:
Monday through Friday, 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM. 2nd Shift Outbound:
Sunday through Thursday, 4:30 PM to 1:00 AM.

• Perform all functions of the department including processing, material handling, and problem resolution.
• Resolve receipt issues with outside business partners.
• Prioritize freight to achieve daily goals.
• Verify merchandise is received correctly.
• Maintain safety and housekeeping standards.

• Attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently.
• Effective communication with leadership, business partners, and customers.
• Generate a variety of approaches to problem solving.
• Open to learning and developing new skills and processes.
• Ability to use or learn an RF scanner.
• Ability to work a pre‑set schedule.
• Good computer skills with an ability to learn Warehouse Management Systems.
• Ability to operate a manual pallet jack.
• Ability to stand for an entire shift and lift/pull/push up to 50 lbs. repetitively.
• Proficiency in written and verbal English required for the interview process.

The hourly rate for this position is $19.75 per hour, with additional compensation for 2nd shift. Salary range is $17.05–$21.32 per hour, adjusted for market, experience, and other qualifications. Compensation may vary by geographic location.
