Receive, count, verify, and unload incoming orders and shipments accurately; log and store materials according to standards;
Load outgoing orders onto trucks and customer vehicles with correct product handling and documentation;
Maintain organized, clean warehouse and yard; assist with office tasks as needed;
Manage inventory by distributing materials to storage areas and performing stock rotations; report discrepancies or damaged products;
Provide excellent customer service using knowledge of products and services; communicate effectively with customers and team members;
Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely following all guidelines
