Accounts Payable Specialist (Urgently Hiring)
Location:
Placentia, CA
Shift: 1st Shift
Pay: $25–$30/hr.
We are a fast‑paced distribution company looking for a reliable and detail‑oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team. If you have strong AP experience and enjoy working in a team environment, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities- Process and verify invoices accurately and on time
- Maintain accounts payable records and financial data
- Reconcile accounts and assist with adjusting entries
- Manage and update vendor and supplier files
- Perform general clerical and administrative duties
- 3+ years of Accounts Payable experience
- Experience with account reconciliation
- Familiarity with accounting software and Excel
- Experience in manufacturing or distribution
