Job Details- Timely and accurate preparation of owner billings and supporting documents, collection of payments, and responsibility for certain subcontractor compliance such as prevailing wage
- Proactive, reporting accuracy of project billing and cost transactions, review of estimates and budgets including adjustments to projects
- Ownership and review of project financial data with project teams
- Supply and analyze financial data, providing insights about topics such as cost accruals, over/under billing position, project cash position and receivables.
- Set-up, review, and maintenance of labor rates and other project data.
