Placentia Presbyterian Church (PPC) seeks a Worship Leader to lead and develop Sunday morning worship music. The role will involve planning, rehearsing, and leading worship services in collaboration with the Pastor, training and empowering team members, and expanding worship expression grounded in Presbyterian liturgy while embracing creative guidance.
Your Responsibilities- Oversee the planning, rehearsal, and leadership of Sunday morning worship music in collaboration with the Pastor.
- Cultivate and care for the PPC worship team, training and empowering others in our church to share God’s gifts in worship.
- Further develop the worship expression at PPC, grounded in the foundational forms of Presbyterian liturgy while exploring the creative freedom of the Spirit’s guidance.
- Within the first year, start a prayer ministry.
