Certification (Possession of, or ability to obtain a Food Protection Manager Certificate) Copy of Transcript (Equivalent to the completion of the twelfth (12) grade is desirable) Resume (Current Resume to include two (2) years of cooking large quantities of food in a commercial or institutional operation.)
