Schools First Federal Credit Union seeks a Member Services Specialist to act as a branch expert in real estate, consumer loans, insurance and retirement/investments. You will help members with financial needs, advise on products, and resolve complex inquiries with minimal escalation.
You’ll conduct meetings, process transactions, deepen relationships, and support training of teammates while maintaining regulatory compliance and accurate record-keeping across BSA, FINRA, and credit union policies.
