As a Trade Compliance Specialist, you will have genuine ownership of Trade Compliance execution while working closely with senior leadership, engineering, and operations.

As a Trade Compliance Specialist, you will:

• Own hands-on Trade Compliance execution across ITAR/EAR and export authorisations
• Act as the primary point of contact for Trade Compliance across a major manufacturing division
• Review export requests and make determinations on licensing, exemptions, and exceptions
• Prepare, submit, and manage export authorisations with audit-ready documentation
• Partner directly with engineering, shipping, sales, and operations to enable compliant execution

The ideal Trade Compliance Specialist will bring:

• Hands-on Trade Compliance experience within manufacturing
• Strong working knowledge of ITAR/EAR
• Proven ability to perform complex export classification analysis, not just follow procedures
• Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years relevant experience, or 5+ years without a degree
• Confidence advising senior stakeholders on Trade Compliance risk, decisions, and escalation paths
