Partner cross-functionally with production and operations to protect schedule adherence and throughput.
Leverage CMMS and data to drive predictive insights and continuous improvement.
What You Will Do Facilities & Maintenance Plan, schedule, prioritize, and supervise maintenance for machine tools, electrical systems, buildings, and grounds.
Lead and develop maintenance teams performing repairs, modifications, and preventive maintenance.
Design and execute preventive and predictive maintenance programs to reduce downtime and extend asset life.
Align maintenance windows with production needs to minimize disruptions and meet manufacturing schedules.
Own documentation quality: equipment specifications, diagrams, maintenance records, and compliance logs.
Deliver facilities projects—equipment installs, upgrades, and infrastructure improvements—on time and on budget.
Manage vendors and contractors to strict safety, schedule, and cost expectations.
Environmental Health & Safety Lead site-wide EH&S programs to ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and applicable state/local regulations.
Implement and monitor safety policies, procedures, and training with hands-on support from the EH&S Specialist.
Maintain robust systems for hazardous materials handling, storage, and disposal—including chemicals used in plating and processing.
What You Bring Education & Experience Bachelor’s in Engineering, Facilities Management, or related discipline preferred.
7+ years in facilities, maintenance, and EH&S in manufacturing.
At least 3–5 years leading teams or supervising operations.
Experience in aerospace or other highly regulated environments strongly preferred.
Knowledge of skilled trades: plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and air conditioning.
Skills & Capabilities Expertise in maintenance systems, industrial equipment, and facility infrastructure.
Thorough understanding of EH&S rules (OSHA, EPA, hazardous materials).Proficiency with CMMS to prioritize, schedule, and track work.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.
