Salary: $18 to $20 per hour.
Sign-on bonus: $750.

The Assistant Site Manager is responsible for assisting in the day-to-day operations from site upkeep to guest service, and membership sales, as well as training a positive team. An outgoing and friendly personality with a passion for guest care is a key component of this role.

The Car Wash Assistant Manager is responsible for ensuring a positive/safe experience for guests as well as providing a safe/positive working environment for employees.

• Manage site staff and improve/maintain a clean, safe & efficient site.
• Assist with daily paperwork in the manager’s absence.
• Provide the best customer experience by training the team on internal and external programs and building customer loyalty through the membership program.
• Train the team on Monthly Unlimited Wash Memberships as well as Single Wash Packages.
• Provide daily direction to the staff and ensure safety and other compliance procedures are being adhered to.
• Strong problem-solving skills and stay in regular communication with the Site Manager.
• Follow through on-site open/close process and ensure the site is fully operational during business hours.
• Create a culture and level of interaction to ensure exceptional customer care.
• Provide strong, positive, and proactive leadership to the team with direction, training, and feedback.
• Sustain a high level of product knowledge and product preparation.
• Maintain clean work areas.
• Maintain a safe work environment for employees, vendors, and guests.
• Follow directions and make decisions aligned with job functions.
• Perform (after-hours) site cleaning (e.g., tunnel equipment, tunnel floor/walls/pit, vacuum area, walkways, queuing area, etc.).
• Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming per uniform policy.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws as well as internal audits.
• Enjoy working outdoors.
• Be a team player.

• Greet and create an exceptional first impression for all guests.
• Offer & Sell Monthly Unlimited Wash Memberships and Single Wash Packages.
• Ensure vehicles are loaded correctly and safely onto the conveyor.
• Prepare the vehicle within company guidelines.
• Quality Control Area (If applicable) - verify all vehicles are BLISS clean and wipe down vehicles within guidelines.

• Always maintain the highest level of customer care.
• Ability to adapt to the ever-changing high-volume retail.
• Take initiative when problems arise.
• Flexibility to adapt to a variety of situations.
• Attention to detail with the capability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work varied hours/days as business dictates.
