Manufacturing Team Lead

Shift: Must be flexible to work any shift

We're looking for an experienced Production Lead / Manufacturing Team Lead to join a growing manufacturing operation in Placentia, CA. If you have a strong manufacturing background, leadership experience, and enjoy working in a fast-paced production environment, we'd love to hear from you!

• Lead and assign daily work to production personnel to meet productivity goals.
• Monitor operator performance and ensure production targets are achieved.
• Train and mentor new operators on production, converting, and packaging processes.
• Process SAP transactions including inventory issues, receipts, corrections, and scrap.
• Inspect products for quality and determine rework or scrap requirements.
• Support production operations by coordinating materials and resolving production issues.
• Maintain batch traceability and accurate production records.
• Promote safety, housekeeping, and 5S throughout the department.

• 4+ years of manufacturing experience
  .
• 1+ year of leadership experience as a Lead, Team Lead, Supervisor, Back-Up Lead, or similar role
  .
• Experience using SAP or another ERP system.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work
  any shift based on business needs.
