AdvancedPCB is seeking a reliable, motivated Via Fill Operator to join our growing company.

Scope: A via is a copper plated hole used to connect two or more layers in a printed circuit board (PCB). Via Fill is a manufacturing process used to selectively and completely fill or close via holes by applying an epoxy to the PCB and then planarizing epoxy and copper once the epoxy is cured.

Responsibilities:

Operate all department equipment, quality checks, preventative maintenance and minor repairs

Enter jobs into the manufacturing tracking system

Read and interpret shop orders to verify that all previous operations were completed, to verify count and verify quality

Maintain a safe, neat and organized workplace

Ability to work overtime and weekends when necessary

Work Schedule:

This is a full-time position requiring available to work during standard business hours and mandatory weekend overtime when needed to meet production goals. Shifts may include weekends when schedule details are provided in advance. Work schedule is 3rd Shift | Monday night through Saturday morning, 11:00 pm to 7:30 am.

Essential Qualifications,

Education and Experience:

High School Diploma or Equivalent Minimum of 2 years' experience working in a manufacturing environment or minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar manufacturing related industry.

Skills:

Able to effectively communicate with management and supervisory staff.

Able to support and implement company safety protocols.

Physical Requirements:

Able to lift to 25lbs.

Ability to stand/walk throughout an 810-hour shift. Ability to walk on uneven surface.

Compensation:

California Pay Range: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour USD | DOEThe actual compensation offered is based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and other relevant business considerations.
