Night Shift Production Worker

Arlon Graphics is seeking a Night Shift Production Worker for a temp-to-hire role at our Placentia, CA manufacturing facility. You will operate and monitor equipment producing high-performance vinyl films for vehicle wraps, signage, and graphics. Responsibilities include machine operation, material handling, basic adjustments, quality checks, and accurate production reporting. You'll follow strict safety and quality standards while supporting continuous improvement in a collaborative, hands-on environment within a global, customer-focused organization.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production equipment on the night shift to manufacture vinyl films to specification
• Follow standardized work instructions, safety procedures, and quality guidelines at all times
• Inspect materials and finished products for defects, documenting results and reporting issues
• Perform basic machine adjustments, changeovers, and routine clean-up to maintain uptime
• Accurately record production data, lot numbers, and material usage in logs or systems
• Work collaboratively with team members, leads, and maintenance to resolve production problems
• Handle raw materials, load/unload rolls, and stage products for packaging and shipping
